Ingredients For Bajra daliya Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Add the soaked bajar in a mixer and coarse paste and keep aside.
  • 2. Take pressure cooker and heat the oil and add cumin seeds and green chilli.
  • 3. Next saute onion and then add ginger paste along with peas.
  • 4. Cook on slow flame for a minute and add salt , cumin powder and bajar paste.
  • 5. Again mix this and cook on slow flame for a minute before adding around water and then pressure cook it for 4-5 whistles.
  • 6. Once the pressure is released open the lid and add kitchen king masala and cook for 30seconds more till the bubbles up.
  • 7. Turn off the flame and add lemon juice and coriander as well and serve it hot and steaming.
