Ingredients For Bajra Masala Rosti Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Tack big bowl add millet flour and wheat flour
  • 2. Now add salt cumin seeds and crushed carom seeds
  • 3. Add all spices, dry mango pwdr, Green coriander,culliflower, tomato and 1tbsp ghee for moyan
  • 4. Combine well, knead dough with the help of water
  • 5. Keep a side for 5min.. After 5min again kneed dough.. Now take balls it dough
  • 6. Dust some dry flour and Roll with Roller pin ..
  • 7. Heat tava and put some ghee on it cook rosti on it flip over ..now cook rosti direct flame 1min for crispy taste.. And tandoori taste
  • 8. Pour ghee on rosti and serve hot with curd and pickle ..thanku
