First preparing vada dough: take a big vessel bajri flour, wheat flour, and gram flour. And wash the fenugreek leaves and coriander leaves.Now chop fenugreek leaves and coriander leaves.

Mix salt, asafoetida,carom seeds, sesame seeds, turmeric, red chilli powder, garam masala, jaggery and cumin-coriander powder and combine well.

Now add garlic and green chilli paste, chopped coriander leaves and fenugreek leaves and oil and mix well.Furthermore, add curd and baking soda and prepare a semi-soft dough. You can use water if required for preparing dough.

Set the dough aside for 15-20 minutes. And now preheat the oil in kadai over a medium heat.While the oil is get warm divide the prepared dough into small-sized portions.take each ball and roll it with using your palm and make small disc.Ensure that the edges along the circumference are not cracked.

When oil is medium hot enough then deep fry all the vada in medium flame till it changes the color to a golden brown. Now vada is ready. Serve it with curd, chutney etc.
