Baked Stuffed Chocolate Dry fruits Wheat Flour Croissant Recipe

I made this croissant with wheat flour to make this croissants more healthier for kids and I used the stuffing of grated chocolate and chopped dryfruits in it and I baked this in my Grill-microwave oven.

Recipe Notes

Dough should be kneaded semi-soft and use 2 tsp more oil for making this croissants in wheat flour than in refine flour.

Methods
  • 1. In a mixing bowl, take wheat flour, baking powder and refined oil, mix well until it became like a breadcrumbs texture and gradually adding water knead a semi-soft dough and wrap it with aluminum or cello thin foil and keep dough in freeze for 10 minutes.
  • 2. Now dive dough into two portions and roll dough like a thin sheet and cut sheet into triangle shape from one sheet 2-3 triangles will become ready.
  • 3. Stuff 2 tsp stuffing in between the triangle sheet and by folding it from one edge to another give it a shape of croissants and seal the edge with the help of water and prepare all the croissants with the same process and brush it with the milk slightly.
  • 4. Bake it for 7-8 minutes. I baked this Croissants in my Grill-Microwave Oven....so I mention the time according to that.....so time of baking depends on the type of oven or OTG you use.
  • 5. After properly baking Baked Stuffed Chocolate Dryfruits Croissants are ready to serve.
