Ingredients For Beetroot paratha recipe

Methods
  • 1. First mix maida, salt, beetroot paste, 2tbsp oil and water, make a smooth dough. Rest it por 30minutes.
  • 2. Take a small portion and flatten it like roti/paratha.
  • 3. Heat a pan, add few drops oil and fry the paratha both side.
  • 4. Follow the same for rest of dough. Serve it hot with any vegetables curry or raita or anything asper your choice.
