Take gram flour. Add chopped capsicum, onion, green chilli, celery, green fennel, red chilli powder, garam masala, black salt and salt in gram flour and mix.

Prepare the batter by adding water as required in your mixture. Heat your pan on medium flame. Take the batter, add water and beat it. Put oil in the appe pan and keep the batter covered for 10 minutes.

Fry the appe till golden crispy on the other side. Serve the appe hot with tomato ketchup.
