Besan Ke Laddoo Recipe

Besan Ke Laddu is an Indian dessert usually made during festive times. Besan ke laddu made from gram flour/chickpea flour. Besan roast in ghee on low flame and flavoured with powdered sugar and cardamom powder and Bind or shaped into a tight balls. You can easily make these laddu on any festival or any special occasions. It doesn't take much time to prepare.

Ingredients For Besan Ke Laddoo Recipe

Methods
  • 1. In a thick heavy bottomed nonstick pan heat ghee. Once the ghee begins to melt and extremely hot, add besan. Mix well continuously. Make sure the ghee is combined well with besan.
  • 2. Stir continuously and roast besan for atleast 15minutes on low flame and also break the lumps. Keep stirring till the besan turns aromatic.
  • 3. And also wait for besan to change colour to golden brown. Switch off the flame and transfer the mixture into a bowl. Allow the mixture to cool completely.
  • 4. When the mixture cool on room temperature, add powdered sugar and cardamom powder. Mix well make sure everything is combined well.
  • 5. Take 2tbsp of mixture and prepare lemon size laddu and garnish laddu with some saffron threads.
  • 6. Besan ke laddu is ready to eat. You can store in a airtight container.
