First of all heat oil in a pan,add cumin, turmeric, red chili powder, coriander powder,fennel mix everything and mix it by adding boiled potatoes and salt.

Cut the capsicum from above and fill the potato stuffing in the middle and pack it with its cap on top.
3.
Heat oil again in a pan ,add capsicum one by one and turn it upside down with the help of a spoon cook and serve with roti.
