Mix corn kernels, gram flour, coriander leaves, green chili, salt, white peeper powder, black salt, turmeric powder,chat masala,red chilli powder, asafoetida and ginger in a bowl and make a thick batter.

Heat sufficient oil in a kadai and drop a few spoonfuls of the batter and deep-fry till golden and crisp. Drain excess oil in the pakoris on absorbent paper.
