Take the fresh curd in a bowl and whisk it well.

Add salt , roasted Jeera powder , red chilly powder little salted boondi in the curd and mix again.

Now take the kulfi moulds and put a few salted boondi inside the kulfi moulds at the base.

Then pour the curd mixture over it and top it again with some more boondi . Close the kulfi moulds with the lid .

And then freeze them for a few hours say about 5 to 6 hours .

Once they are frozen and you are about to serve remove the kulfi moulds and thaw them for 5 minutes.

Remove them carefully from the moulds, and garnish with chopped coriander leaves and top it with some roasted jeera powder and red chilly powder according to one’s taste.
