Methods
  • 1. Cut bread into round
  • 2. Take wok, add water and sugar , make ek taar chashni add saffron strands, yellow food colour, let it cool
  • 3. Take bowl, add malai or mawa, dessicated coconut, milk powder, sugar and dryfruits and mix well
  • 4. Apply the mixture on the bread, cover with other round
  • 5. Dip the bread in the chasni and keep on plate
  • 6. Sprinkle dessicated coconut on it, dryfruits mixture and Garnish with almonds or pistachio. Refrigerate for 2 hours
  • 7. Bread cham cham ready to serve
