  • 1. First of all wash the rice n rinse the water.
  • 2. Cut finelly the all veggies.
  • 3. Take a pan.add some ghee in this add cashew n all veggies n fry for 4-5 minutes.
  • 4. Now add rice n fry for 2 minutes.
  • 5. Add salt ;turmeric powder and 2 cup of water.
  • 6. Make sure that flame is slow .cook for 10 minutes .
  • 7. Here is ready our tasty biryani.serve this with any type of rayta.
