at first soak rice in a bowl with water till 2 hours..drain it in a strainer and make fine grind paste help of half cup of water

pour half little full cream milk in a pan..keep stove on midium flame after boiling in milk add fastly grind rice paste or saffron...stirr well...when it mix very well do the flame low

stirr continuously...once the rice cooked well add sugar and again boil for five minutes.

add green cardamom powder and fine chopped almond mix well..turn of the flame
5.
serve in a bowl and keep a side in fridge....serve after its chilled
