Ingredients For Buckwheat cheela Recipe

Methods
  • 1. To make buckwheat flour cheela , first of all ,sieve the buckwheat flour in a vessel.
  • 2. Now add boiled potatoes and mix it.
  • 3. After this, add water little by little to the flour and take care that there are no lumps in the mixture.
  • 4. Now keep this mixture aside for 15 minutes.
  • 5. - After 10 minutes add green chili, rock salt and green coriander and mix it well.
  • 6. - Heat oil in a non stick pan on medium flame. Then,
  • 7. with the help of a big spoon, pour the cheela batter into the pan and spread it slowly in a circular motion.
  • 8. Now slow down the flame and let the cheela cook.
  • 9. Fry from both sides till golden brown.
  • 10. Now take out the prepared buckwheat cheela on a plate and serve hot with green coriander chutney.
