Ingredients For Cabbage Chutney Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Heat oil in a pan on medium flame. Add garlic , ginger and green chilli. Saute for a minute.
  • 2. Add cabbage and saute for 3-4 minutes. Add salt, sugar and tamarind pulp.
  • 3. Cook for 4-5 minutes and remove from the flame to cool.
  • 4. Once cooled, blend it into smooth chutney.
  • 5. Temper it by heating coconut oil, add mustard seeds and curry leaves. Pout it over blended chutney. Serve immediately.
