Heat oil and fry the potatoes adding salt and turmeric powder till soft and brown. Remove and fry the florets with salt and turmeric powder and remove. Now add oil and temper cumin seed bay leaf and green chillies

Add ginger paste and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder. Add tomato and cumin coriander powder and saute well. Add the fried vegetables mix well and simmer adding water

Add sugar and garam masala powder and switch off to serve
