Methods

How to make Chhole kulche recipe

1. firstly pressure cook 1 cup white peas, 2 cup water and ½ tsp salt.
2. now in a kadai heat 3 tsp oil and saute 1 inch ginger.
3. further saute spices.additionally add in pressure cooked white peas and mix well.
4. mash slightly for desired consistency.
5. now add in prepared jaljeera chutney and mix well.
6. boil for 5 minutes or more adjusting consistency.
7. tomato, coriander leaves, ginger, green chilli, lemon and chaat masala.
8. finally, serve matar kulcha recipe with plain kulcha or naan.
