Peal the Potatoes and wash well. Cut in the finger shape and dry in napkins.

Then add the salt, black pepper and 4 tbsp corn floor and mix well. After that fry in oil but i did it in air fryer.

Take a fry pan and heat the oil and put in the ginger garlic paste and green chilli. Then add capsicum, onion, sauce, salt, vinegar and little water. Let it 2 minutes rest.
4.
2 tbsp corn floor and add little water and make the paste. After that put the potatoes in the pan and let it rest for 2 minutes.
