In a pan boiled milk after 5 minutes add desiccated coconut and mix it till it become a dough consistency. When add two spoons of condensed milk and again give it a mix.

Now melt milk chocolate with double boiler method. After the mixture of desiccated coconut cools down give it a shape of a long rectangle and then dip it in the melted milk chocolate put it in the freezer for 5 minutes.
