Firstly, shred the cabbage into thin strips. Now finely chop carrot and carrot into shreds. Now finely chopped onion into small bits. Add all the veggies to a bowl.

Now add salt, black pepper powder, mustard powder, lemon juice and sugar to the veggies. Give a nice mix. Add mayonnaise and give a final mix to combine everything.

Serve the salad with a meal or fill it in sandwiches and rolls.
