Ingredients For Crispy Paneer Fingers Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Cut long rectangular pieces of paneer.
  • 2. Marinate them with turmeric and chilli powder.
  • 3. Take a bowl and add maida, corn flour, salt and chilli flakes, also add a little water to make a paste. It should be in ribbon consistency.
  • 4. Take bread crumbs in a plate and mix mixed herbs with them.
  • 5. Now take paneer fingers, dip them thoroughly in the paste and then coat in the bread crumbs.
  • 6. Heat up the oil and fry them till golden and crispy.
  • 7. Serve with dip of your choice.
