I have made a very innovative and tasty dessert at home using nestle milkmaid for rich and creamier and silky texture using seasonal fruit Custard Apple.

Bring boil the milk in a wok and add vinegar to 1/2 cup of water,Now add this mixture to the milk in intervals so that milk can curdle completely. Keep stirring continuously.

Now strain the homemade cottage cheese and wash it well with cold water.
3.
Let it sit for few min so that all water can drop off. Now mash it with the help of fork to get granulated texture.
