Wash peel and cut the potatoes into two parts. Prick with fork and deep fry it. Keep aside. Dry roast the coriander seeds, cumin seeds and whole red chilly and make a powder or crush it.

Heat oil in a pan,add ginger garlic paste and saute for one mins. Add fried potato,fried and roasted whole red chilly,whole cumin seeds,whole coriander seeds,garam masala powder, turmeric powder, kashmiri red chilly powder and mix well.

Also add fresh cream and curd and mix well. Add salt and one cup of water and mix well.

Cover it and cook for l ow flame for five mins. Garnish with green coriander leaves. Serve hot with chapati.
