Firstly tack a big bowl add samak n buckwheat flour in to and add rock salt n 2 tsp green chutney add water until get like fllowing consitancy ..Keep in a side for rest 10 min

Now tack one pan add some ghee crackle cumin seeds n curry leaves .

Now add boiled aloo ,add salt, black pepper n green coriander mix it well. Saute for 2min n switch off the flame..

Now put on tava gas flame and add 2to 3drop ghee spread better with the help of spoon flatten it..

Flip over cook both side till crispy ..fill aloo stuffing in mid and folled one side.. N Cook 1sec.. And serve in plate with curd or fast chutney.. Enjoye.. Thanku
