Methods
  • 1. Firstly take a one bowl foxtail millets Clean n wash 2 to 3 times in normal water n soak at least 20 to 30 minutes n keep a side.Take above all the ingredients together clean n wash vegetables n chopped and slits the green chillie.
  • 2. Heat the pan add oil, if oil is hot add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and asofetidia n saute for a minutes.Add chopped onion, green chilli n curry leaves n salt n cook .then add chopped tomatoes red pepper n chopped cabbage.
  • 3. And mix it well add green peas n chopped carrot n cauliflower,N mix it well add turmeric powder, rice white chilli powder n mix it well,
  • 4. Add soak foxtail millets some Coriander leaves n mix it well n cook for 2 minutesAdd water as per needed n some Coriander leaves n cook the khichadi 15 to 20 minutes after that our delicious healthy neutricious and tasty and yummy Foxtail millets mix vegetables khichadi is ready to serve sprinkle .
  • 5. Serve hot in a serving plate, n again sprinkle some Coriander leaves n enjoy hot.
