Everyone loves this Lucknow famous appetizer. For the vegetarians, I have provided a Vegetarian version of the famous non vegetarian appetizer. This is a great recipe do try it.

Ingredients For Galouti Kebab Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Heat Ghee Pan and add grated onions.
  • 2. After a minute add ginger and garlic paste.
  • 3. Allow the onions to cool down once it is brown.
  • 4. In a bowl add kidney beans minced along with boiled Soya granules.
  • 5. Add cloves powder, cumin seed powder, cinnamon powder, cardamom powder, red chilli powder, cashew nut powder, finely chopped green chillies, roasted gram flour, coriander leaves, salt and the onion mixture.
  • 6. Mix these ingredients well.
  • 7. In the end squeeze lime juice over the top.
  • 8. Take a small portion of the mix and make a flat round.
  • 9. Heat ghee in order to roast Kebabs.
  • 10. Cook them on low flame.
  • 11. Flip them once they are golden brown add ghee and spread them after flipping.
  • 12. Nawabshahi kebabs are ready to serve.
