Ingredients For Garlic Masala Maani Recipe

Methods
  • 1. In a plate take chopped garlic and ginger garlic paste mix it well. Add red chilli powder
  • 2. dhaniya powder
  • 3. turmeric
  • 4. jeera and salt mix well
  • 5. Add 2 tbsp oil and water if required.it should be like a paste.
  • 6. Take a left over roti. Apply this paste on half side of it. And turn the other side over it.
  • 7. Heat a tawa with good amount of oil on it.
  • 8. Keep the roti on tawa and let it get crispy on both sides. Once you see it is getting brown and crispy add around 12 tbsp of water on hot tawa and let the roti absorb it.
  • 9. Let the water dry. Cook for 2 3 mins and serve hot garlic masala roti
