Ingredients For Gatte ki sabji recipe

Methods
  • 1. In a bowl, knead a semi soft dough with besan ka atta , salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, kasuri methi, soda,2 tbsp oil,1 tbsp curd,water as needed
  • 2. Now make 4 cylindrical shape roll from this dough
  • 3. In a pan, boil water 4 cups add this cylindrical shape rolls to it ,as soon as they rise up take them out
  • 4. Let it come to room temperature
  • 5. Then cut it into slices
  • 6. Gattas are ready
  • 7. In a bowl take curd ,mix it well add, turmeric powder,red chilli powder, coriander powder,salt,coriander leaves,mix it well
  • 8. To this curd add 2 tbsp besan ke atte ki slurry,mix it so the curd forms no lumps when boiled
  • 9. In a pan heat oil ,add jeera,Rai,dry kashmiri red chillies
  • 10. Then add onion ,green chillies and finger garlic paste
  • 11. Saute it for 5 minutes
  • 12. Add curd to it boil it for 5 minutes
  • 13. Then add gatta to it,kasuri methi ,coriander leaves,mix well
  • 14. Gatte ki sabji is ready
  • 15. Serve it with roti
