Methods
  • 1. First of all take mixing bowl, put cauliflower florets.
  • 2. Now add 1 tablespoons of corn flour. 1teaspoons of ginger garlic paste . Put all the three sauces half the quantity and salt. Marinate it and keep for 5 minutes.
  • 3. Now deep fry these florets and keep aside
  • 4. To make gravy, heat 2 tablespoons of oil, add ginger garlic paste, slit green chili .chopped onion sauté for a while.
  • 5. Then add all the 4 sauces and mix well. Now make a slurry of 1 tablespoons of corn flour with water and add into the sauces.
  • 6. Then add the fried florets mix it well and cook. Finally add vinegar and serve.
