This green sago khichdi recipe calls for a ground paste of coriander leaves and chillies, the best thing about this recipe is the way sago pearls would gel into these fresh herbs.

Firstly, take sabudana in a large bowl.Add enough water, rinse for 3 times or until water run clean.Further, add 3/4 cup water and soak for 6 hours.

In a small blender take handful coriander, ginger and chilli.blend to a coarse paste without adding any water. keep aside.Heat Pan add ghee now add cumin, few curry leaves and splutter tempering.

Add boiled potato and roast for a minute.Add roasted peanuts Also, add the prepared coriander masala paste and saute for a minute.Add in soaked sabudana ,salt and sugar mix gently combining well.Cover and simmer for 5 minutes or until sabudana turns translucent.

Finally, add lemon juice, 2 tbsp coriander mix well.Serve with green Curd.Garnish with potato wafer and lemon rings.
