Ingredients For Hara bhara kabab recipe

Methods
  • 1. Blanch spinach leaves in 2 cups of boiling water. Drain, refresh in cold water and squeeze out excess water.
  • 2. In a bowl, add spinach leaves, boiled peas and mashed potatoes, add ginger-green chilly, Coriander leaves, salt, cornflour and chaat masala, mix everything Well.
  • 3. Divide the mixture into equal parts. Shape each parts into a balls and than press it, give it a tikki shape.
  • 4. Heat sufficient oil in a pan for frying. Deep fry all the tikkis on medium flame. Fry till they turn golden brown in color.
  • 5. Remove from heat and keep it on absorbent paper. Serve hot with chutney or tomato ketchup.
