Add fresh coriander,green chillies,ginger and water to the mixer jar and make a fine paste.

Add oil to the non stick kadai and switch on the flame.Add mastard seeds and udad dal to the oil. As udad dal turns light golden brown add green chillies and curry leaves.

Add semolina and roast it on low flame till it turns light golden brown and then add hot water and salt to the roasted rava . Mix well , cover the lid and cook it on low flame for 1 or 2 minutes.

Now add prepared green paste .Mix well and cook on medium flame till all the water gets absorbed.Enjoy.
