Recipe Notes

Some people use a thin cloth to make hung curd but when done directly on the seive it ease the process of maintenance. I normally do it only with a seive and works well.

Ingredients For Healthy mango granola parfait Recipe ( made with hing curd)

Methods
  • 1. First how to make hung curd:
  • 2. Take a wide seive keep a wide vessel to collect the whey water, now pour the curds and chill it for 24 hours .
  • 3. Hung curd is ready.
  • 4. To make granola :
  • 5. Mix water oil and 3 honey and microwave on high for 30 secs.
  • 6. Now add the badam ,raisin and oats and microwave for 2 mins in intervals of 30 secs.
  • 7. Granola is ready .
  • 8. Add 3 teaspoon of honey to hung curds and keep aside .
  • 9. Dice mangoes to small pieces and keep aside .
  • 10. Now layering :
  • 11. First layer the hung curd honey mixture.
  • 12. Second layer mangoes .
  • 13. Third layer is the granola .
  • 14. Repeat the same for the other layers .
  • 15. Chill and serve .
