Methods
  • 1. Soak 1 1/2 cup oats in 1 1/2 cup water for 15 minutes
  • 2. Add all taken veggies & wheat flour & mix well & add more 3 tbsp more water to adjust consistency
  • 3. Add turmeric, red chilli powder, cumin powder & salt & mix well & finally add 1tbsp lemon juice & mix well
  • 4. Grease pan with oil & spread like uttapam
  • 5. Serve hot
