Take a mixing bowl add rawa, curd and 1/4 tsp salt . Mix it . Add water to make thick but flowing batter. Keep it aside to rest for at least 20 minutes.

Check the batter. If needed add water to adjust consistency.

Take a mixing bowl add all the vegetables, salt, chilli powder and chat masala. Mix it well.

Heat a nonstick tawa. Pour 1 full big spoon of batter in it. Gently spread in round motion.

Spread 2-3 spoon vegetable mixture over it. Press it with spatula. apply oil around the Uttapum.
6.
When it becomes crispy from bottom. Gently flip it and cook from other side for 2-3 minutes.
7.
Remove it in a plate . Serve with sauce or chutney,
