Ingredients For Immunity saaru ( Saaru means Rasam in Kannada) Recipe

Methods
  • 1. First grind jeera, pepper,dhaniya,garlic,ginger,dry red chilli and salt with very little water.
  • 2. Now grind tomato, tamarind paste,jaggery to a coarse paste and put it in a pan with the above powder.
  • 3. Cook till the raw smell of tomato go.
  • 4. Now add a tadka of mustard seeds with hing and curry leaves.
  • 5. Garnish with coriander leaves.
