Ingredients For Jowar garlic liquid Paratha Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Add the jowar flour in a bowl and slowly incorporate water to it till it coats the back of the ladle.
  • 2. Now add salt as per taste mix ans rest for 10 minutes .
  • 3. Now add melted garlic butter to it with coriander leaves and mix well.
  • 4. Heat a tawa grease it and add 1and half laddle full of the batter sprinkle ghee close and cook for 1 minute.
  • 5. Now flip and cook on the other side ,it will puff up.
  • 6. Flip again and cook till brown spots come .
  • 7. Serve hot with a spicy subji.
