Ingredients For Kanda Poha Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Wash and soak poha for 10 minutes.
  • 2. Take a wok heat oil . Add mustard seeds. When it starts cracking add green chilies, curry leaves and onion . Saute it for 4-5 minutes.
  • 3. Add turmeric, salt mix it . Now add soaked poha . Mix it properly . Cook for 3-4minutes.
  • 4. Turn of the flame . Add coriander leaves and lemon juice. Garnish it with fresh pomegranate .
