Make a soft dough by adding salt, oil and water as required in the flour. Prepare dough balls. Apply oil on the outer part of the bowl. Roll with the help of rolling pin. And stick it in the outer part of the bowl.

Heat the oil. Fry the flour bowl till it becomes brown and crispy. Take out the bowl on a plate and prepare it. Similarly prepare all the bowls. Prepare the stuffing for the bowl chaat.

Sprinkle kabuli gram, baile potato, green chutney, sweet tamarind chutney, chili powder, black salt and cumin seeds according to taste in the bowl of chaat. Add chopped onions and tomatoes. Garnish with sev and green coriander. Serve spicy bowl of chaat by adding chaat masala.
