In a grinder, grind leftovers kadhi . Keep it in a bowl. Add turmaric powder and salt if required. Mix well.

Heat a pan and add kadhi batter and stir continuesly. When the batter is getting thick remove from heat and keep it in greased thali.

After cool down cut in long stripes. Rolls each strips.

In a tadka pan heat 1 tsp oil. Add hing, mustard seed, whole red chilly and curry leaves. After crackled remove from heat and spread on khandvi. Garnish with coriander leaves.
