Make a dough of flour and sattu .while mixing all ingredients like salt according to taste, carom seeds, 1/2 bowl ghee and knead well so that it become crispy. Then put dough at rest for 10 mins.

Then make roti from dough which is thick enough. Now put it on pan with very low steam. And using fork we should make small hole on one side of roti and on other side make design while pushing the roti so that it can be cooked properly. Cook it till it will light pink.
