Mix salt, fenugreek, carom seeds and 1 teaspoon ghee in both flours,knead by adding little water.

Now mix all the ingredients in a bowl.

Then take one piece of dough and roll it a little and keep the potato mixture in the middle and close it, Sprinkle some dry flour and roll it again.

Then fry with ghee in the pan, Cut with the help of a knife.
