Ingredients For Lackho A sweet delicacy Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Soak the wheat overnight.Next day transfer the wheat into a pressure cooker and add the milk and water and boil it till 2 whistles
  • 2. Set aside
  • 3. In a pan heat ghee and roast the suji till golden brown .Remove from pan and setaside
  • 4. In the same pan add more Ghee and add the jaggery and let it melt.
  • 5. Add the milk
  • 6. Add cardamom pwdr
  • 7. Now add the boiled wheat
  • 8. Mix and cook till the ghee separates
  • 9. While serving , transfer to the serving dish garnished with some dessicated coconut.
