Finely chop the spinach. Cook the sweet corn and take it out one by one.

In a broad bowl, add sweet corn, chopped spinach, gram flour, red chilli powder, chaat masala and salt. Be careful while adding salt as the chaat masala will contain salt in it. Add water as required.

Prepare batter like gram flour and potato pakoras.

Heat oil in a pan and pour a little mixture into the oil to see if the oil is hot or not and when this oil becomes hot, keep it on medium flame.

Take a small portion of the spinach and sweet corn mixture and put it in the oil. Deep fry from both the sides. Let the excess oil get absored in kitchen towel or on tissue paper.

Repeat the same for the rest of the dough. Always fry in medium flame, otherwise the corn may splutter and fall on you.
