Ingredients For Makhani Dal Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Add Salt & TumericPowder to soaked daal along with water.Cook in an open vessel on high flame till water is reduced to half.
  • 2. Stir once.Cover & let simmer on low heat till water is almost absorbed & dal is cooked & soft.
  • 3. It should not be too dry.Blend well till it became smooth using a hand blender.
  • 4. Remove onto serving dish.Sprinkle red chilli powder,dhaniya powder & lastly amchur powder on the dal.
  • 5. Heat oil & drizzle over this.Serve hot
