Ingredients For Makka aloo masala poori Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a bowl and put corn flour and wheat flour in it and mix well and mesh the boiled potatoes in it now add salt , red chilli powder , cumin seeds , Caron seeds , green chilli and coriander leaves in it and now add 2 spoon oil in it and mix well.
  • 2. Now add some some water and make a tight dough and put for rest for 10 minutes.
  • 3. Now put a pan on the stove and open the flame at high to mideam and add 250 ml oil in it now rub Hands with some oil and make small small balls of the dough and now roll them round and then put them in the pan 1 by 1.
  • 4. And now cook until get golden brown from both the sides and then serve.
