Ingredients For Mango Ice Cream Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take Alphonso mango pulp in a bowl and add vanilla essence and sugar into it but don't overmix it.
  • 2. Start whipping the cream in another bowl until it gets fluffy enough.
  • 3. Add Mango pulp into whipped cream and mix them together by using cut and fold method.
  • 4. Freeze it for 1/2 hr and again blend it together to get a proper consistency.
  • 5. Deep freeze it at 2⁰C for later use.
