Lentils should be washed and soaked for 2/3 hours, after which they should be lightly fried in a dry pan and cooled.

Heat ghee in a pan and stir it with beaten dal and beaten sugar.

Then stir well with powdered milk until the mixture comes out of the pan and turns brown in color.

The laddu should not be cooled too much, while it should be warm enough to be tolerated by the hand, apply ghee on the palm of your hand and shape it according to your choice.
