Ingredients For Matar Paneer Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Heat oil in a pan and add green cardamoms, peppercorns and cumin seeds let them sautĂ©.
  • 2. Then add the chopped onion, ginger, garlic and green chili and cook for 4 to 5 minutes until the onions gets light brown.
  • 3. Add cashews and tomato and mix and let it cool.
  • 4. Blend the mixture and heat oil in a pan.
  • 5. Add bay leaf and then add the red chili powder.
  • 6. Then add in the prepared onion-tomato paste and add paneer cubes and green peas and some water and let it simmer.
  • 7. Serve hot when the oil starts to float on the top.
