This is my own innovative dish with milkmaid. Sushi in Indian sweet flavor with carrot, coconut and spinach is a heaven in every bite. This tricolor gluten-free sweet sushi is not only yummy, it's healthy as well. It's a fusion of Indian and Japanese recipe.
1. After adding milkmaid simmer and cook so that the mixture doesn't burns.2. To make it gluten free, I have added coconut in place of rice to the sushis.
